Can’t I obtain the information you provide by using a search engine?
No! First, not all senior services, public or private, have websites. Secondly, not all information, including some that could be critical for to parents is indexed so it can be located by search engines.

An example from the "Show Me" State of Missouri. Enter the term "elderly medication assistance in Missouri"
into the search engine of your choice. You’ll receive over 60,000 listings* but none of them will be for THE site that provides Missouri seniors (regardless of income) up to 80% savings on their prescription medications.

By contrast, that one valuable link is in the Parent Care Report of subscribers with parents in Missouri. With one click of a mouse, we can save you valuable time and your folks a lot of money! There are similar examples for all states.

Does eldercare information really change quarterly?
Yes, and often much more frequently. For instance, there have been numerous changes in the new Medicare Part D prescription program since it started on January 1. Also, several large companies have reduced or eliminated retiree health benefits in the same timeframe. Finally, due to budget constraints, services in almost every city have been curtailed.

Is your service useful for local caregivers as well as those providing care long distance?
Absolutely! Our is useful to ALL CAREGIVERS and has some added features that are especially useful for those of us who provide assistance from out of town. (e.g. links to local Better Business Bureaus and local news)

Do you keep my credit card information in your files?
No, Parent Care does not keep customer credit card information. To insure your privacy, we never have access to your credit card number. When you subscribed, the transaction was completed on a secure network between your credit card company and our bank. When the transaction was approved, we received a confirmation number only.
